* The Tappahannock Police Department arrested, Meikel D. Lumpkin, 38 years old of Tappahannock for speeding 44mph in a 35mph zone, fail to wear seatbelt, driving under the influence, disregard red light, refusal of breath
*Ryan D. Campbell, 28 years old of Tappahannock was issued a Virginia Uniform Summons for driving while suspended.
