*Amanda Lynne Rhodes, 25 years old of Dunnsville was arrested for (1) Misdemeanor count of petit larceny, (2) Misdemeanor counts of conspire with another to steal that occurred at Wal-Mart.
* William Eugene Reed Larochelle, 25 years old of Dunnsville was arrested for (1) Felony count of petit larceny 3rd+ offense and (1) Felony count of conspire to commit petit larceny 3rd+ offense that occurred at Wal-Mart.
* Jeremy Lee Blackwell, 19 years old of Heathsville was arrested for, (1) Misdemeanor count of petit larceny, (1) Misdemeanor count of conspire with another to steal, (2) Felony counts of grand larceny, (2) Felony counts of conspire to steal that occurred at Wal-Mart.
* Aaron Paul Larochelle, 21 years old of Heathsville was arrested for (3) Felony counts of grand larceny, (3) Felony counts of conspire to steal that occurred at Wal-Mart.

* The Tappahannock Police Department issued a Virginia Uniform Summons on Jennifer Dawn Noel, 28 years old of Tappahannock for driving while suspended.
