May 23

* Walker D. Hill, 25 years old of Saint Stephens Church was issued a summons for loud music from vehicle that occurred in Wal-Mart parking lot.

May 24

*Ralph Wade Skelton, 54 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for speeding, 50mph in a 35mph zone, driving under the influence, and refusal of breath test

* Julian K. Theriot, 19 years old of Warsaw was issued a summons for loitering in Wal-Mart.

*Justin P. Kelley, 21 years old of Warsaw was issued a summons for loitering in Wal-Mart.

May 25

* John Patrick Courtney, 33 years old of Warsaw was arrested for driving while suspended, defective equipment, and driving under the influence 1st offense

May 27

* Philip Lynn Hayden, Jr., 28 years old of Lottsburg was arrested for operating an unregistered vehicle, fail to obtain registration, drive after license revoked for alcohol related offense, driving under the influence:4th offense within 10 years, refusal of breath test

May 28

* The Tappahannock Police Department took a report of a counterfeit bill.  Case is under investigation.

*Chad Everette Webb, 25 years old of Lancaster was arrested for (2) Felony counts of grand larceny and (2) Felony counts of conspire with another to commit grand larceny that occurred at Wal-Mart

May 29

*David Russell John Roberts, 18 years old of Callao was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and trespassing

*Roger Nicholas Powell Roberts, 23 years old of Callao was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and trespassing.

May 30

*Esther J. Hudock, 19 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for reckless driving, hit and run unattended

* Ramiro Lopez, 46 years old of Montross was arrested for drunk in public, and possession of sch I or II

*Eduardo Emanuel Medina, 21 years old of Colonial Beach was arrested for drunk in public.

May 31

* The Tappahannock Police Department took a report of defrauding an innkeeper. Case is under investigation.

*Everett Johnson, 79 years old of Hustle was issued a summons for non-resident dumping trash in dumpster in the Town of Tappahannock.

June 1

* The Tappahannock Police Department took a report of a breaking and entering that occurred at Foxchase Apartments.  Case is under investigation.
