*Alton Dean Stephens, Jr., 38 years old of Dunnsville was arrested for drugs: possess marijuana, 2+offense, DWI: 1^st offense, BAC .15-.20%, lane markings: fail to drive in right lane.

July 26

*Warren E. Newman, 34 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for drugs: possess marijuana 2 + offense.

*Thomas A. Lane, 62 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for assault and batter.

July 28

*Took a report of a larceny that occurred at 566 Airport Road.  Case is under investigation.

July 29

*Aljay Tilton McGaskey, 31 years old of Virginia Beach was arrested for simple possession of marijuana.

August 1

*David R. Roberts, 21 years old of Callao was arrested DWI: 1^st offense, reckless driving, drinking while driving or open container.

August 2

*Lamont L. Washington, 26 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for domestic assault.

*Took a report of a breaking and entering that occurred at 566 Airport Road.  Case is under investigation.

*Took a report of brandishing a firearm that occurred at 2000 Tappahannock Boulevard.  Case is under investigation.

*Mary Marie Snyder, 69 years old of Caret was arrested for DWI: 2^nd offense within 5T, BAC.15-.20%.

August 3

*Laquanta S. Pugh, 30 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for possession of marijuana 1^st offense, identity theft: use to avoid arrest.

August 5

*Took a report of a breaking and entering that occurred at 566 Airport Road.  Case is under investigation.

*Herbert Edward Hickman, Jr., 60 years old of Richmond was arrested for malicious wounding, strangle another causing wounding or injury.

August 7

*Took a report of larceny that occurred at Wal-Mart.  Case is under investigation.

*Shamika Monique Fauntleroy, 29 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol.

August 8

*Antione Lamont Mills, 36 years old of Warsaw was arrested for driving while revoked 3^rd+offense, reckless driving, possess SCH I or II, eluding, hit and run, altered or forged license plates.

*Robert Lee Fauntleroy, 50 years old of Fredericksburg was arrested for disorderly conduct, and assault.

August 9

*Patricia Ann Mozingo, 60 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for grand larceny.

August 11

*Took a report of a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred on Grainery Road.  Case is under investigation.

*Mario Pierre Howie, Jr., 20 years old of Champlain was arrested for drive without a license, possess controlled paraphernalia, marijuana: sell/give/dist. 1/2oz-5ibs., obstruct justice, law enforcement command: disregard and continue to drive, resisting arrest, fail to stop at stop sign.
