*David Paul Courtney, 33 years old of Caret was arrested on a capias.

*Ky-Lell B. Arthur, 23 years old of Bowling Green was arrested for drugs: possess marijuana 2nd+offense, assault: malicious, victim severely injured, firearm: use in commission of felony, 1^st offense, firearm: reckless handling, carry concealed weapon.

August 16

*Took a report of larceny that occurred at Lowes.  Case is under investigation.

*Timothy Lee Davis, 49 years old of Champlain was arrested for drunk in public.

*Ricky Lee Coleman, 54 years old of Loretto was arrested for drunk in public.

*Alphonso Johnson, 27 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for brandishing a firearm.

August 19

*Victoria N. Dandridge, 24 years old of Colonial Beach was arrested for shoplifting that occurred on 12/14/05 at Wal-Mart.

August 20

*Robert Edward Ross, Jr., 56 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for DUI: 1^st offense.

August 21

*David Troy Ercelino-Dodson, 19 years old of Weems was arrested for trespassing, shoplifting (cart removal from store premises).

*Daniel Clyde Schubert, 54 years old of North Carolina was arrested for drunk in public.

August 24

*Makayla N. Boston, 19 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for assaulting a law enforcement officer.

August 28

*Took a report of a motor vehicle theft that occurred on Jeanette Drive.  Case is under investigation.
