*Ky-Lell B. Arthur, 23 years old of Bowling Green was arrested for drugs: possess marijuana 2nd+offense, assault: malicious, victim severely injured, firearm: use in commission of felony, 1st offense, firearm: reckless handling, carry concealed weapon.

August 16

*Took a report of larceny that occurred at Lowes.  Case is under investigation.

*Timothy Lee Davis, 49 years old of Champlain was arrested for drunk in public.

*Ricky Lee Coleman, 54 years old of Loretto was arrested for drunk in public.

*Alphonso Johnson, 27 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for brandishing a firearm.

August 19

*Victoria N. Dandridge, 24 years old of Colonial Beach was arrested for shoplifting that occurred on 12/14/05 at Wal-Mart.

August 20

*Robert Edward Ross, Jr., 56 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for DUI: 1st offense.

*David Troy Ercelino-Dodson, 19 years old of Weems was arrested for trespassing, shoplifting (cart removal from store premises).

*Daniel Clyde Schubert, 54 years old of North Carolina was arrested for drunk in public.

July 26

*Warren E. Newman, 34 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for drugs: possess marijuana 2 + offense.

*Thomas A. Lane, 62 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for assault and batter.

July 28

*Took a report of a larceny that occurred at 566 Airport Road.  Case is under investigation.

*Aljay Tilton McGaskey, 31 years old of Virginia Beach was arrested for simple possession of marijuana.

*David R. Roberts, 21 years old of Callao was arrested DWI: 1st offense, reckless driving, drinking while driving or open container.

*Took a report of a breaking and entering that occurred at 566 Airport Road.  Case is under investigation.

*Herbert Edward Hickman, Jr., 60 years old of Richmond was arrested for malicious wounding, strangle another causing wounding or injury.

August 7

*Took a report of larceny that occurred at Wal-Mart.  Case is under investigation.

*Shamika Monique Fauntleroy, 29 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol.

*Antione Lamont Mills, 36 years old of Warsaw was arrested for driving while revoked 3rd+offense, reckless driving, possess SCH I or II, eluding, hit and run, altered or forged license plates.

*Robert Lee Fauntleroy, 50 years old of Fredericksburg was arrested for disorderly conduct, and assault.
