* The Tappahannock Police Department arrested, Montell D. Sayles, 20 years old of Dunnsville for Assault and Battery, Resisting Arrest, Obstruct Justice, Disorderly Conduct in Street/Public Place.

January 9

* The Tappahannock Police Department took a report of a breaking and entering that occurred in the Essex Gardens.  Case is under investigation.

January 10

* The Tappahannock Police Department took a report of Forgery and Uttering that occurred at DMV.  Case is under investigation.

* The Tappahannock Police Department took a report of a Larceny that occurred at Rappahannock Apartments.

January 11

* The Tappahannock Police Department took a report of a Larceny that occurred at 528 Church Lane.  Case is under investigation.

*The Tappahannock Police Department arrested, Crystal Lee Crist, 24 years old of Tappahannock for Drunk in public.

* The Tappahannock Police Department took a report of Larceny and Breaking and Entering that occurred at 679 Foxchase Apartments #4.  Case is under investigation.
