January 20

* The Tappahannock Police Department arrested, Glen Payne Kelly, 57 years old of Kinsale for Shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

* The Tappahannock Police Department took a report of Larceny that occurred at Foxchase Apartments.  Case is under investigation.

January 23

Debra Lynn Cowan, 27 years old of Center Cross, Ashley Marie Ray, 24 years old of Tappahannock, Heaven Kathryne Jacobs, 20 years old of King William, James Blair Fennell, 44 years old of Tappahannock, Angel M. Milliken-Fennell, 43 years old of Tappahannock was indicted for Breaking and Entering and larceny that occurred on December 19, 2012 at the Essex County Animal Shelter.
