*Monti Lamar Veney, 27 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for domestic assault and strangle another causing wounding or injury.

*Donald Lee Smith, 63 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for DWI: 2^nd offense within 5Y and reckless driving.
