*Marquita Rochelle Banks, 28 years old of Farnham was arrested for grand larceny (accessory before), (4) Felony counts of abuse/neglect child: reckless disregard for life, 4 counts of transport child without child restraint device.
November 6
*Monti Lamar Veney, 27 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for domestic assault and strangle another causing wounding or injury.
*Donald Lee Smith, 63 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for DWI: 2nd offense within 5Y and reckless driving.
