*Payton Leroy Veney, Jr., 51 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for DWI: 1^st offense.

October 22

*Edward G. Veney, 29 years old of Heathsville was arrested on a capias from Northumberland.

*Christopher John Hunter, 35 years old of Milford was arrested for DWI: 2^nd offense w/in 5 years, refusal of breath test 2^nd+offense, (2) counts of disorderly conduct, reckless driving, eluding, display license/plate/decal issued to another vehicle, revoked license alcohol related, trespassing.

*Barbara Jane Hamilton, 58 years old of Dunnsville was arrested for felony shoplifting.
