* The Tappahannock Police Department arrested, Labree S. Smith, 23 years old of Lancaster for Shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
* The Tappahannock Police Department took a report of Shoplifting that occurred at Wal-Mart. Case is under investigation.
* The Tappahannock Police Department took a report of a disorderly conduct customer that occurred at Sunoco. Case is under investigation.
December 14
* The Tappahannock Police Department arrested Qwanyel N. Cullins, 30 years old of Caret for fail to appear from Essex County General District Court. Defective Equipment, operate a motor vehicle while suspended, false identity to law enforcement officer, destruction of property.
