* The Tappahannock Police Department arrested, Stephen O’Neal Fortune, 42 years old of Tappahannock for Shoplifting that occurred on August 23, 2013.

November 6

* William Ware Lee, Jr., 34 years old of Tappahannock was arrested by Fredericksburg Police Department for 3 Felony counts of Forgery, 3 Felony counts of Petit Larceny 3rd+offense that occurred August 27 and 28th, 2013.
