*Charlotte R. Cowles, 25 years old of Warsaw was arrested for obstruct justice, possession of marijuana 1st offense, allowing an unlicensed person to operate a motor vehicle.
*Alphonso Tyrell Johnson, 28 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for driving motor vehicle license revoked suspended, speeding 52mph in a posted 35mph zone, felony destruction of property, (2) counts of fail to appear, possess schedule I or II.

Kevin O’Neil Fauntleroy, 32 years old of Warsaw was arrested for felony malicious wounding.
