*Brian Earl Bateman, 43 years old of Center Cross was arrested for drunk in public.

*Terrance Douglas Holmes, 36 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for (2) Capias.

September 14

*Taurus J. Smith, 19 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for trespassing.

*James Kelly, 20 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for trespassing.

*Dominek Broaddus, 19 years old of Dunnsville was arrested for trespassing.

September 15

*James Randolph Belvin, Jr., 40 years old was arrested for drunk in public.

*Took a report of a larceny that occurred at 1433 Tappahannock Boulevard.

September 16

*Ranaz Tremaine Newbill, 20 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for marijuana: sell/give/dis ½ oz-5 Ibs, SCH I/II: poss with intent to man/sell/dist. and a capias.

*Haley Benton Hayden, 18 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for possession of marijuana 1^st offense, possess SCH I or II, reckless driving.

*Jason Paul Drake, 47 years old of Dunnsville was arrested DWI: 2^nd offense within 5 years, refusal of breath test, 2^nd offense, reckless driving.

*Cindy D. Broache, 52 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for DWI: 1^st offense.

*William P. Brightwell, 51 years old of Dunnsville was arrested DWI: previous DWI-related felony, license revoked: habitual offender drive without license.
