*Robert Stewart Kennedy, 53 years old of Tappahannock was arrested for use obscene language over a telephone.

*Sharon Lea Jones, 43 years old of Bruington was arrested for drunk in public.

*Took a report of vandalism that occurred on Marsh Street.  Case is under investigation.
